We also reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIS Accountants Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the preceding twelve months.

Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the date of termination. We will return or transfer your records and data in an orderly manner upon settlement of outstanding fees.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
