Our fees are as agreed in the relevant engagement letter. Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified therein. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We also reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIS Accountants Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the preceding twelve months.

9. Anti-Money Laundering

As a regulated accountancy firm, AIS Accountants Limited is required to comply with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. We are required to verify the identity of our clients and may be required to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant engagement letter. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the date of termination. We will return or transfer your records and data in an orderly manner upon settlement of outstanding fees.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
